With sit ups, squats, push ups and planks, there is a real range of movements to help you get started on your journey.
Complete the challenge as an individual, get your household involved or even get a group of friends involved, and motivate each other to see the task through. All we ask is that you stick to the current government guidelines whilst working up a sweat.
Share the link to your page, and inspire others to join in or welcome them to donate and encourage you to achieve your goal, whilst raising funds for bereaved British Forces children and young people.
Update others on your progress by sharing your fitness journey. Add photos or short videos, and admit the days you struggle, or to shout from the rooftops if you are smashing it out of the park. Don't forget to tag Scotty's Little Soldiers and use the hashtag #30dayfitness
The money you raise will be used to support a child or young person who has experienced the death of a parent that served in the British Armed Forces. Scottys offers a vast amount of support, but to give you an idea, £100 pays for five children to receive a meal voucher at Remembrance, or it will enable four children to have a hand selected gift to open on their birthday, or it may go towards an educational grant to help with development. Struggling to fundraise?
Some of our supporters are keen to keep active and get involved, whilst wanting to raise funds but are not in a position to ask for donations. Instead, they are making a small donation to their own page and then asking others to join the fun, share their photos and help to raise awareness of the charity.
If you are keen to fundraise and would like some useful hints and tips then take a look at our digital fundraising information pack here. Don't forget that if you manage to raise £100 then we will send you a free t-shirt. Make sure to keep an eye on your inbox for an email from us.
